Carol A. Royer

Carol A. Royer, 75, of Ephrata, PA, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital. She was the loving wife of D. Michael Royer and daughter of the late Samuel B. and Elizabeth (Leed) Jacobs. Carol was born in Ephrata and was an Ephrata High School graduate. She worked as a Floor Lady at the former W. W. Moyer Co. and most recently was employed as Laundry Supervisor at the Ephrata Community Hospital. Carol was a member of the Ephrata Pioneer Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed traveling, crafting, and making personalized cards to send to family and friends. In addition to her husband, Mike, she is survived by two nieces: Patricia (Jacobs) Richards, wife of Doug Richards and Michelle (Jacobs) Jiacapello, wife of Frank Jiacapello; and sister-in-law, Carol (Blanton) Jacobs. In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brother, Darrell G. Jacobs. Services will be private at the convenience of the family and are under the care of Paul L. Gravenor Home For Funerals, Ephrata, PA.
