Edythe B. Huyett

Remembering Edythe with Love... Edythe B. Huyett, age 74, of East Earl, Lancaster County, PA, died March 25, 2011, in Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center, Narvon, PA. Born in Salisbury Township, a daughter of the late Marcus W. and Harriet M. (Lovett) Gilbert, she was the wife of Irvin F. Huyett for 40 years. A fan of Anne Geddes dolls and world news, Edythe was loved by all and will be deeply missed by her family. Also surviving are daughters, Cindy M. Good, companion of Kurt Diedrich, Mohnton, PA; Linda L. (Roger) Mast, Denver, PA; and Kathleen M. McGinnis, partner of Bonnie Johnson, Lake Luzerne, NY; a son, Mark I. Huyett, at home; grandchildren, Ashlee, Leigh, Lindsee, Rhianna and Alex; great-granddaughter, Madison; a sister, Harriet M. Marshall, Mohnton, PA; and brothers, Albert Gilbert, Denver, PA; James Gilbert, Waterfall, PA; and John Gilbert, Bremen, ME. She was predeceased by brothers, David and Weldon Gilbert. Memorial Service... A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 28, 2011, at 1:00 pm from Conestoga Mennonite Church, 2779 Main Street, Morgantown, PA 19543, with Pastor Bob Petersheim officiating.
