Remembering Florence with Love... Florence G. Bowman, 82, formerly of Ephrata, died January 13, 2008, in Denver Nursing Home, Stevens, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Spring Twp., Berks Co., daughter of the late John and Esther (Ludwig) Keffer, her husband, Willis S. Bowman, died August 31, 1984. A member of Trinity United Methodist Church , Denver , she worked 25 years for A. N. Wolf Shoe Co., Denver . Florence was devoted to her family, loved Pavarotti and enjoyed traveling. Surviving are daughters, Linda M., wife of Alvin E. Smeltzer, Penryn; and Darlene F., wife of Mahlon C. Estright, Tampa , FL ; sons, Rev. Gary L., husband of Rev. Nancy Schongalla-Bowman, Yardley; and Dennis T., husband of M. Louise (Loomis) Bowman, Ephrata; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Thelma, wife of Kenneth Wimer, Lancaster; and Henrietta, wife of Robert Keller, Reading. Viewing Funeral Service... A viewing will be held Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre of Reamstown. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 18, at 10:00 AM from First United Methodist Church , 68 N. Church St. , Ephrata, PA 17522, with her daughter-in-law, The Rev. Nancy Schongalla-Bowman, officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens , East Cocalico Township .
