Condon, age 82, of Fivepointville, Brecknock Townshp, Lancaster County , PA , and formerly of Staten Island , NY , died April 27, 2011, in Reading Hospital Medical Center , West Reading . Born in Brooklyn , NY , September 4, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Walter Catherine (Smith) Sacks. Her husband, Thomas F. Condon, died August 1, 2007. Joan was a bank teller with Layfatte National and Citi Bank and enjoyed puzzles. She was a member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Ephrata, PA. Surviving are sons, James T. (Carol) Condon, Denver , PA , and Thomas F. (Jean) Condon, Mt. Kisco, NY; a brother, Joseph C. (Antoinette) Sacks, Fredericksburg, VA; and grandchildren, Jordana, Melanie and Gregory. She was also predeceased by siblings, George W. Sacks and Jean Laresca. Viewing Funeral Service... Christian Prayer services will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at 11:00 am from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Reamstown. Final commendation and farewell from Indiantown Gap National Cemetery , Annville, Lebanon County , PA. A viewing was held on Monday evening from 6-9 PM.
