Martha Ann Moran

Martha Ann Moran, age 74, of Ephrata, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, died Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at 11:31 AM in Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Reamstown, a daughter of the late Paul F. and Martha (Fritz) Buohl, her husband of 45 years, William 'Pat' Moran, died September 19, 2011. Martha was a 1960 Cocalico High School graduate, and worked 26 years for Ephrata National Bank, Cloister Branch, last as head teller. Later she worked at the Lincoln Branch of Farmers First Bank. She was a member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Ephrata. Martha was an avid reader, loved playing cards with family friends and enjoyed yogaand exercising. Surviving is her son, Michael G., married to Tracy R. (Niederberger) Moran, Wallingford; granddaughter, Caitlyn; sister, Pauline K. Sweigart, Denver; and brother, Theodore E. (Pat) Buohl, Camp Hill. Siblings Walter, Harry, Paul Stanley, Robert, Dorothy Musser Helen Weinhold predeceased her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, October 3, 2016, at 11 AM from OMPH Church, 320 Church Ave., Ephrata, PA 17522, with Fr. John McLoughlin, C.SS.R. as celebrant. A viewing will be held from Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, on Sunday from 5 to 7 PM. There will be no viewing Monday; please meet directly at the church prior to the Mass.
