Remembering Paul with Love... Paul L. Leisey, 75, of 101 West Main Street , Adamstown, died Thursday, February 15, 2007, in the Reading Hospital Medical Center , West Reading , following a lengthy illness. Born January 15, 1932, in Reamstown, he was a son of the late John R. and Mazie G. (Lied) Leisey, and was the husband of Betty L. (Yerger) Leisey for 54 years. A member, former deacon and Sunday school teacher of Peace United Church of Christ, Swartzville, he loved flower gardening, fishing, antiquing, refinishing furniture and loved animals. Paul was a plasterer and worked in construction most of his life. He had worked many years for Rueben Zimmerman. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Kenneth L., husband of Kaye (Turner) Leisey, Denver, PA; 4 daughters, Carol L., wife of Larry Malek, West Lawn, PA; Robin L., wife of Michael Allen, Denver, PA; Andrea L., wife of Dennis Moore, Adamstown, PA; and Michelle L. Goshert, Adamstown, PA; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, James (Dolores) Leisey, and Samuel (Maureen) Leisey, both of Adamstown, PA; and John (Earla) Leisey, Fontana, PA; 2 sisters, Martha Leisey and Sara Crouse, preceded him in death. Viewing Funeral Service... Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2007, at 10:00 AM from Peace United Church of Christ, 37 East Swartzville Road , Denver , PA 17517 , with his pastor, The Rev. William E. Hoch, officiating. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2007, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre of Reamstown. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery , Adamstown , PA.
