Alma B. Imhoff, age 97, formerly of Stevens, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania,died peacefully on Tuesday,January 16, 2018, at the home of her daughter, Joyce, in Spring Township, Berks County. Born in West Cocalico Township, she was a daughter of the late Phares S. and Annie (Bollinger) Zartman, and widow of Harold E. Imhoff. She was a member of Mellinger's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schoeneck, and operated Alma's Nutrition Center at Green Dragon Farmer's Market and Leesport Auction. Alma was a hard worker and enjoyed gardening. Surviving are her children, Joyce M., married to Ronald Heckman, Sinking Spring; Janice E., married to Douglas Hirneisen, Greencastle; Nevin J. Imhoff, Costa Rica; Glenn, married to Nancy (Grant) Wenger, Chester Springs; and Lowell Dean, married to Donna (Hanna) Imhoff, Denver; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Siblings, Eva Snader, Mabel Zerbe and Ira Zartman, predeceased her. Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Reamstown, is assisting the family with private arrangements.
