Anna Withers

Anna M. Withers, age 77, formerly of Reamstown, Lancaster County, PA, died Tuesday, May 21, 2013, in ManorCare West Reading. Born in Mohnton, Berks County, PA, a daughter of the late Isaiah H. and Gertrude A. (Hoster) Sheaffer, her husband Arlan R. Withers died October 19, 2001. Anna was co-owner and operator of G. S. Withers & Sons Monuments, Reamstown, with her husband and last with her son, Raymond A. Withers, West Reading. G. S. Withers Monuments was founded by The Withers Family in 1879. She volunteered with the Reamstown Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and loved her cats. A sister, Clara D. Barth, Reading, also survives. There will be a viewing Wednesday, May 29, from 6-7 PM at Good Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Reamstown. Private burial in Muddy Creek Cemetery, Swartzville, PA.
