Barbara M. Lauman, 95, of Millbach, PA, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019. Born in Norfolk, Virginia on June 21, 1924, Barbara was a daughter of the late Lloyd C. March and Gladys (Savage) March. She grew up in Driver, Suffolk County, Virginia in the Tidewater area on a farm near the Nansemond River. Fishing and crabbing with her father and siblings was a favorite childhood memory. Barbara was married for 72 years, to the late Robert M. Lauman, who passed away June 6, 2018. Following Robert's career, Barbara came to live in various communities in Pennsylvania, including: Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Wilkes-Barre, Landsdowne, Drexel Hill, Wayne, and Lebanon. After settling in the Lebanon, PA area in 1983, Barbara became a member of Quentin United Church of Christ. Barbara loved music, playing golf, animals, and her family. She will be lovingly missed by her daughter, the Reverend Linda J. Lauman and numerous nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her devoted caregivers from Home Instead Senior Care. In addition to her husband and parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her four siblings: Lloyd Charles March, D.D.S., Helen March Guy, Betty March Raby, and Jessie Franklin March. Funeral services officiated by the Reverend Johnnie W. Lengel will be held at Paul L.
