Daniel K. Kopp

Daniel K. Kopp, 88, of Ephrata, PA and formerly of Mt. Airy, PA, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 20, 2022. He was the loving husband of the late Dolores A. Kopp, who passed away November 14, 2021. They would have celebrated 68 years of marriage on January 2, 2022. Daniel was born in Denver, PA, son of the late Robert and Minnie Kopp. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and member of Reamstown Church of God. Daniel and his wife Dolores owned and operated the Mt. Airy Kennels for 33 years. He is survived by five children: Dorinda, wife of Steven Kaylor, David Kopp, husband of Vivian, Dan “Kirby” Kopp, Danette, wife of Rick Peiffer, and Diane Kopp; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters: Joyce Bollinger and Linda Beard; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and parents, Daniel was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen Fasnacht and Ella Griffe, and two brothers, Elmer and Robert Kopp. Funeral services will be held at Reamstown Church of God, 400 Pfautz Hill Rd. Stevens, PA 17578 on Wednesday, January 26 at 2 p.m. Friends will be received from 1-2 p.m. Place of interment will be Memory Gardens, E. Cocalico Twp., PA.
