Remembering Dan with Love... Daniel Leroy Boyer, 78, of 1065 West Main Street, Ephrata, Lancaster County, PA, died Tuesday morning, January 25, 2005, at 11:05 AM in the VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA, where he was a patient for the past week.. Born September 19, 1926, in Wernersville, Berks County, PA, he was a son of the late James J. and Martha (Wenger) Boyer, and was the husband of Marian A. (Stover) Boyer for 51 years on November 26, 2004. He was an army veteran of World War II and the Korean War, and was a well-known, clock repairman for over 50 years, operating Boyer's Antique Clock Repair at his residence. He was a former member of the VFW and Amvets, both in Ephrata. He and his wife enjoyed traveling in their motor home over the years. Surviving in addition to his wife are 3 grandchilden and 1 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Dennis David Boyer in 1973, and a daughter, Sharon Elaine Althouse in 1993. Private Services It was Dan's request that all services be handled privately. His cremains will be inurned with military honors in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Township, Lebanon County, PA. Kindly omit flowers.
