Remembering David with love... David L. Fritz, Sr., 59, of 3129 North Reading Road, Adamstown, Lancaster County, died in his residence Monday morning at 1:30 AM. He was under the care of Hospice of Lancaster County. Born in Adamstown, he was a son of the late Oliver and Anna Mary (Zimmerman) Fritz, and was the husband of Vera E. (Vaitl) Fritz. Fritz was an army veteran during the Vietnam War. He was a truck driver for 16 years with Yellow Freight, Lancaster, PA. An avid hunter and fisherman, he also enjoyed block shoots and arrowhead hunting. He was a member of the Adamstown Rod Gun Club, a life member of the Reinholds V.F.W., member of the Cocalico Sportsman's Association and the Gouglersville Fire Company. Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, David L. Fritz, Jr., Adamstown, PA; 2 daughters, Tammy S., married to Gary R. Styer, Reinholds, PA; and Kristin J., married to Andrew Martin, Adamstown, PA; 4 grandchildren; 4 sisters, Barbara (Fritz) Keenan, Ephrata, PA; Susan (Fritz) Dietrich, Lebanon, PA; Madeline (Fritz), married to Allen Brendle, Denver, PA; and Jeannette (Fritz), married to Hershey Zimmerman, New Holland, PA; and 3 brothers, Jack Fritz, Denver, PA; James, married to Martha Fritz, Akron, PA; and Glenn, married to Geraldine Fritz, Denver, PA.
