David T. Potts, Sr.

David T. Potts, Sr., 65 of Akron, PA, formerly of Chester County, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 27, 2020. He was the loving husband of Autumn P. (Walls) Potts and son of the late Robert H. and Marguerite (Costello) Potts. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children: David T. Potts, Jr., husband of Holly, of Ephrata, PA and Stefanie E. Potts of Harrisburg, PA; four grandchildren: Celes Hart, Sophia, Dylan, and Logan Potts; one sister: Barbara Mladenoff of Harrisburg, PA; three brothers: Robert Potts of Sandy, Utah, Richard Potts of Ephrata, PA, and Christopher Potts of Mechanicsburg, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews. David retired from Kmart after working as a warehouseman for many years. Most recently, David was employed part-time at Weis Market in Ephrata. He enjoyed building models of battle tanks and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. Services will be private at the convenience of the family and are under the care of Paul L.
