Dolores was a graduate of Governor Mifflin High School, class of 1956 where she was a majorette. She enjoyed yard sales, finding forgotten treasures and chatting with friends along the way. In their younger years, Dolores and Curtis enjoyed roller skating and the memories of the rink will forever be treasured. Dolores held various employment roles always bringing value and a strong work ethic to her job. She started as a factory worker and delivery driver at Hemmerich Industries in Denver and later she worked at Royer's Flowers in Ephrata and Weis market. Trips to Rehoboth Beach with her sisters were a favorite time for her and she loved camping trips with the family. Together, they had a permanent site at Sills Campground, the cornerstone of countless memories. She was a former member of Swamp Lutheran Church and upon moving to Luther Acres, she attended church onsite. Her faith was always a big part of her life.
