Dorothy L. Dubois, 74, formerly of Ephrata, passed away Friday, June 14, 2019 at Lancashire Hall, Lancaster. Born and raised in Long Branch, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Roy & Marie (Varion) Williams. Dottie was a graduate of Monmouth Regional High School, class of 1964 and attended Brookdale College. She enjoyed the New Jersey shore and loved going to the beach. She was a church youth group leader and Sunday school teacher. Dottie spent the past 30 years as a resident of Lancaster County. Dottie worked as a CNA for Moravian Manor and Brethren Village. She was a caring and nurturing mother to her son, helping him achieve things that others thought impossible. She enjoyed socializing, made friends easily and was always full of fun facts. Dottie was an active member of the Ephrata Bible Chapel. She loved cats, puzzles, old movies and strawberry milkshakes. Dottie is survived by her son, Christopher W. Dubois; two brothers, Thomas C. Michael and Ira W. Michael; and her dear friends, Janice Weaver, Lori Cruz, Tina Kofroth, & Carolyn Haldeman.
