Dorothy M. Hornberger, 90, of Ephrata, PA, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Fairlane Gardens Nursing & Rehab in Reading, PA. Dorothy was born in Monterey, PA, daughter of the late Leroy and Buelah (Getz) Wolf. She worked at Hess Eggs in the production department and was a longtime member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Brownstown, PA where she sang in the choir. Dorothy loved playing Bingo and spending time with her family and friends. Surviving are two daughters: Pamela, wife of Robert Nagle and Cheryl, wife of Thomas Poe; one granddaughter, Nichole (Foreman) Weaver; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; one sister, Shirley Lefever; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by husbands, Elwood Lutz and James Hornberger; one grandson, Tony Nagle; three brothers: Alvin, Robert, and Harold “Bud” Wolf; and one baby sister. Friends will be received at Paul L. Gravenor Home For Funerals, 100 W. Main St., Ephrata, PA on Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 10-11 a.m. Graveside funeral services officiated by the Rev. Larry Kipp will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Hernley Mennonite Cemetery, Manheim, PA.
