Remembering "Libby" with love... E. Elizabeth "Libby" Garner, 84, formerly of 55 East Church Street, Reamstown, Lancaster County, died Tuesday evening at 9:18 PM in Lancashire Hall, Neffsville, Lancaster County, where she resided since December 28, 2000. Born in Reamstown, she was a daughter of the late Harvey M. and Emma W. (Lorenz) Adams, and was the wife of Walter S. Garner for 58 years on November 25, 2002. She was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Congregational Church, Reamstown, where she had been a member of the kitchen committee. Retiring in 1981, Libby was last employed by the former Hemmerich's Industries, Denver, and previously had worked at the former Cinderella Knitting Mills, Denver. Mrs. Garner was and avid Philadelphia Phillies baseball fan and Philadelphia Eagles football fan and she enjoyed reading. Surviving in addition to her husband are 2 sons, Barry L., married to Rita E. (Lausch) Garner, Reamstown; and Kenneth E. Garner, partnered with Robert R. Mikrut, Philadelphia; 2 grandsons; 6 great-grandchildren; a brother, Warren E., married to Helen (Holm) Adams, Derry, NH; and 3 sisters, Naomi A., married to H. Martin Lausch, and Caroline M., married to Clarence R. Henly, both of Ephrata, PA; and Ethel A., married to Norman L. Zimmerman, New Holland, PA. She was preceded in death by a sister, Lillian Adams, and 3 brothers, Robert, James and Charles Adams. Viewing Service A viewing will be held on Friday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 PM from our funeral home and on Saturday at the church from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. The ceremony celebrating Libby's life will be held on Saturday morning at 10:00 AM with her pastor, The Reverend Kirk R. Marks, officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Union Cemetery, Reamstown, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Contributions...
