We remember Eva Wanner... Eva Wanner, 93, formerly of Adamstown, Lancaster County, died Sunday morning at 4:10 AM in Wheat Ridge of Fairmount Homes, Farmersville, Lancaster County, where she resided since September 7, 1994. Born in West Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, she was a daughter of the late James and Lizzie (Harting) Pannebecker. Her husband, Clayton S. Wanner, died July 24, 1976. She was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Adamstown. Mrs. Wanner was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing in her younger years. Surviving are 3 sons, W. Leon Wanner, married to Nancy A. Forry, Ephrata, PA; E. Larry, married to Sandra J. (Manwiller) Wanner, Adamstown, PA; and Bruce L., married to Mildred W. (Seppi) Wanner, Ephrata, PA; 10 Grandchildren; 17 Great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren, also a sister, Jane, married to Paul Ammon, Manheim, PA; and 4 brothers, Landes, married to Anna (Walters) Pannebecker, Ephrata, PA; Paul Pannebecker, Stevens, PA; Willis, married to Fay (Boyer) Pannebecker, Stevens, PA; and Ralph, married to Thelma (Grube) Pannebecker, Ephrata, PA. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Eugene B. and Harold B. Wanner, a grandson, a sister, Anna Mae Geibe, and a brother, Elmer Pannebecker. Viewing Funeral... Eva's viewing will be held Wednesday morning, June 12, 2002, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM from our funeral home. Services will begin at 10:00 AM with her pastor, The Reverend Sandra L. Gideon, officiating. Burial will be in Mellinger's Cemetery, Schoeneck, Pa.The family asks that rather than flowers, contributions in Eva's memory be sent to the church Memorial Fund, St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Post Office Box 385, Adamstown, PA 19501-0385.
