Remembering Fern with love... Fern T. Zieber, 75, formerly of Adamstown, Lancaster County, died Monday morning at 10:20 AM in Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center, Caernarvon Township, Lancaster County, where she resided since March 2002. Born in Grill, Berks County, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Mamie (Remp) Trostle. She and her husband, Lew A. Zieber, Adamstown, celebrated 26 years of marriage on July 20th. Mrs. Zieber had been employed for 20 years by Arrow Industries, Wyomissing, PA. She was a member of the Reinholds VFW Ladies Auxillary and enjoyed deep sea fishing. Surviving in addition to her husband are2 sons, Sheron L., married to Karen (Schwartz) Schaefer, Womelsdorf, PA; and Randall P., married to Tina (Latshaw) Schaefer, Denver, PA; 3 daughters, Diane R., married to William L. Ressler, and Kay L., married to Scott H. Ressler, both of Robesonia; and Pamela J., married to Lester Strunk, Richland, PA; 9 granchildren and a great-grandson; Also, 4 step-daughters, Linda (Zieber) Goodman, address unknown; Sandy (Zieber) Moyer, Sinking Spring, PA; Lori Zieber, South Bend, IN; and Lynn Zieber, Sinking Spring, PA; and 6 step-grandchildren. A sister, Ida , married to Peter Klaasen, Mohnton, PA, and a brother, Harold, married to Marion Trostle, Sinking Spring, PA, also survive. She was preceded in death by a son Thomas Schaefer. Graveside Services... A graveside service will be held on Thursday morning, July 24, 2003, at 10:00 AM from Wyomissing Cemetery, Gouglersville, Berks County, PA.
