Remembering Gerald with love... Gerald R. Bondoch, 64, of 1913 Old Lancaster Pike, Reading (Spring Township/Gouglersville), died in his residence Wednesday, January 8, at 7:15 PM following a brief illness. Born in Reading, Berks County, he was a son of the late Leon and Cecelia (Jankowski) Bondoch, and was the husband of Sherlaine M. (Dasher) Bondoch for 17 years on April 20, 2002. He attended Glad Tidings Assembly of God, West Lawn. He was employed as a bookkeeper for many years at the former Parrish Company Brokerage, Reading; former American Bank Trust Co., Reading; and the former Fleetwood Sportswear, Inc., Fleetwood. He last worked for St. Joseph Living Center, Reading, as transportation coordinator. Since retiring, he was employed part-time by Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Inc. of Reamstown. Bondoch was a 1956 graduate of Reading High School and attended Albright College, McCann School of Business and completed courses of study at Alvernia College. Surviving in addition to his wife is a brother, Eugene Bondoch, Reading. Viewing Services... Gerald's viewing will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2003, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM from our parlors. The funeral service will be on Monday, January 13, 2003, at 10:00 AM with Pastor Rodney D. Murphy officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul's Union Cemetery, Fleetwood, Berks County, PA.
