Remembering Helen with Love... Helen E. Hamilton, age 101, formerly of Denver , Lancaster County, PA , and Long Island , NY , died Monday, March 5, 2012, in Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center , Narvon , PA. Born in Rockville Center , Long Island, NY , a daughter of the late George and Carrie (Magele) Winkler, her husband, Arthur J. Hamilton, died Oct. 28, 1984. Helen was of the Catholic faith and retired in 1975 as manager-supervisor for New York Telephone Company in Long Island after 49 years. She enjoyed crocheting, crafts and animals, especially her pet dogs. Surviving are her grandchildren, Arthur R. Hamilton, Jr., husband of Michelle (Kocheck) Hamilton, Tarpon Springs , FL ; and Janet L., wife of James Leroux, Odenton, MD; and great-grandchildren, Brandon Kameron. Her son, Arthur R. Hamilton, Sr., predeceased her in 2003. Service Information... A viewing will be held on Thursday, March 8, from 6 to 8 pm from Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, PA. Graveside services will be on Friday, March 9, at 1:00 pm in Bloomingburg Rural Cemetery , Bloomingburg , Sullivan County, NY .
