Howard W. Feeney

Howard W. Feeney, age 83, formerly of Denver, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, died Sunday, August 20, 2017, at 11:20 AM in Keystone Villa, Ephrata. Born in Philadelphia, he was a son the late Edward J. and Anna (Wilson) Feeney. Howard was a 1951 graduate of Bok Technical High School, the first to receive a high school diploma. He was a mechanic and truck driver for Railroad Express, and was especially proud of his transports for The Philadelphia Mint. He enjoyed NASCAR and reading The Globe. Surviving ishis sister, Jean F. Black, Brigantine, NJ; and several nieces and nephews. 7 siblings predeceased him. A memorial service will be planned by the family at a future time.
