Ida E. Wenrich

Ida E. Wenrich, age 87, formerly of Reamstown, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, died Monday, January 19, 2015, at 9:55 AM in Pleasant View Retirement Community, Manheim, PA, under hospice care. Born in East Cocalico Township, a daughter of the late William F. and Amanda (Lausch) Davidson, her husband, Franklin H. Wenrich, died October 24, 2012. She was a member of Muddy Creek Evangelical Lutheran Church, Denver, and worked at Cinderella Knitting Mills, Denver, and Weismiller"s Manufacturing, Wernersville. Ida enjoyed quilting, gardening, canning, jigsaw puzzles and time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Surviving is a son, Donald E., married to Judith (Shenk) Wenrich, Manheim; daughter, Patricia A. Wenzel, Reinholds; grandchildren, Michelle, married to Christoper Getty, Stroudsburg; Michael, married to Lori (Volm) Wenzel, Mohrsville; Jennifer, married to Jamie Boval, Groveland, FL; & Stephen, married to Rebecca (Weaver) Wenrich, Paradise; and great-grandchildren, Rachel & Kaitlyn Getty; Molly & Gary Wenzel; Brendan Ryan & Jordan Boval; and Makayla Wenrich. Brothers, Elmer & Howard Davidson; and son-in-law, Thomas Wenzel, predeceased her. The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 24, at 11 AM from Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, with viewing from 10-11 AM. Burial will follow in Muddy Creek Cemetery, Swartzville.
