Irene "Mickey" Mellinger

Irene "Mickey" (Flemish) Mellinger, 103, resident of Ephrata Manor, formerly of Denver, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2020. Born in Copley, Lehigh Co., she was a daughter of the late Frank & Mary (Lang) Flemish and the loving wife of Adam H. Mellinger until his passing in 2000. Irene had worked for Blue Line Hosiery in Denver and the former AN Wolf Shoe Co in Denver. She was once actively involved with the Reinholds Fire Co. Auxiliary. Irene is survived by two sisters, Florence L. Rutt of Denver and Dorothy Lied of Denver. She was predeceased by her two brothers, John Flemish and Frank Flemish; and two sisters, Mary Flemish and Hilda Demming. Services are private.
