J. Scott Wolf

J. Scott Wolf, 69, of Ephrata, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024, at the WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital after a long courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Born in Ephrata, Scott was a son of the late Walter and Miriam (Garner) Wolf and the loving husband to Linda (Kirk) Wolf.

Scott was a local artist and craftsman, and his unique oil paintings were displayed for many years at the annual Yellow Spring Art Show in Chester Springs. His passion was his artwork. Scott sold his paintings to various homeowners and establishments throughout the state, the nation, and even internationally. He also won several awards and enjoyed displaying his art. His cherished pieces still hang on the walls of his home, enjoyed by his wife, Linda. Scott’s art will continue to be marketed by his wife, Linda, and can be seen at www.jscottwolf.com. Together Scott and Linda enjoyed adding color to the world, one work-of-art at a time.

In addition to his wife, Scott is survived by a stepdaughter, Tina Dissinger; stepson, Brent Brown; step-grandchildren, Aubri and Gavin Dissinger; and two brothers, Dennis Wolf and Walter ‘Bill’ Wolf.

Services are private and Scott’s final resting place will be in the Hopeland United Methodist Church Cemetery.
