Jonathan A. "Jonnie" Moyer

Remembering "Jonnie" with Love... Jonathan A. "Jonnie" Moyer, 17, of 50 Walnut Drive , Brownstown, Lancaster County , was tragically taken from us in 2003. Born July 20, 1985, in Ephrata, Lancaster County , he was a son and step-son of Ronald L. and Patricia (Harter) Moyer, with whom he resided, and a son of Jessie L. Pierce, Ephrata. He was a student at Conestoga Valley High School where he had played midget football. Jonnie enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. Also surviving are paternal grandparents, Richard H. and Louise (Smith) Moyer, Denver, Lancaster County; maternal grandfather, John Pierce, Ephrata; and step-grandparents, Jim and Eleanor (Wink) Harter, Ephrata; a sister, Pamela Beckner, at home; 3 brothers, Jeremy, husband of Jennifer (Parker) Moyer, Reinholds, Lancaster County; Josh Moyer, Reamstown, Lancaster County; and Donald "DJ" Beckner, at home. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Nancy (Weachter) Pierce. Viewing Service A casual memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2005, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in the West Earl Township Park , Route 772, Talmadge, Lancaster County .
