Remembering June with Love... June A. Unruh, aged 87, of Ephrata, Lancaster County, PA, formerly of Adamstown, passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord Thursday, December 9, 2010, in Ephrata Community Hospital . Born in Mohnton, Berks County , a daughter of the late Robert and Elsie (Lausch) Gerhart, she was the wife of Benjamin Unruh for 64 years. A member of Berean Bible Church, she loved sewing, reading and painting. June was a 1941 graduate of Mohnton High School and retired in 1988 as a secretary with Garden Spot High School, and worked part-time for Lancaster Farming News until 2006. Earlier employment included Leininger's Hosiery Mill, Safety Table, Reading Tube, Redcay's Hat Factory and served as a turnpike toll collector. Also surviving is a daughter, Margie Henry, Sterling, Virginia; and granddaughter, Amanda Henry, Vienna, Virginia. She was predeceased by 4 brothers and a sister. Viewings Funeral Service... Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2010, at 10:00 AM from Berean Bible Church , 675 Lincoln Gardens Road, Ephrata , PA 17522 , with Pastor Kelly Sensenig officiating. Burial in Steinmetz Cemetery , West Cocalico Township . A viewing will be held from Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, on Monday from 6-8 PM, the casket will also be open prior to the church service on Tuesday.
