June Cahill

June R. Cahill, age 84, of Stevens, Lancaster County, PA, formerly of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, died Monday, April 1, 2013, in Ephrata Manor, Ephrata, Lancaster County, PA. Born in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Dr. Ashby C. and Ada I. (Grubbs) Robinson, she was the wife of Edward F. Cahill for 60 years. A 1946 graduate of Mount Lebanon High School, she worked as secretary for Grace Line, Pittsburgh, and office clerk at her father"s dental practice. June enjoyed reading, bowling, golfing and flower gardening. Also surviving is a daughter, Beth Anne (James A.) Sweigart, Reinholds; sons, Mark E. (Tara Dew) Cahill, St. Louis, MO; and Raymond F. (Diane Pretzman) Cahill, Sinking Spring; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Ashby F. Robinson. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 6, at 10:00 AM from Good Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Reamstown, with Chaplain Sally Maxwell officiating. The viewing will be Friday 6:00 to 8:00 PM and immediately prior to the service on Saturday. Private interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Lebanon County, PA.
