Leon B. Krall

Remembering Leon... Leon B. Krall, 83, of 1281 South Cocalico Road, Denver, Lancaster County, died Tuesday morning at 1:50 AM in Lancaster General Hospital where he was a patient for the past 12 days. Born in South Lebanon Township, Lebanon County, he was a son of the late Jacob and Lizzie (Bomberger) Krall, and was the husband of Tillie E. (Katzaman) Krall for 63 years on February 9, 2003. Prior to retiring, Krall was a woodworker with Plain Fancy Kitchens, Schaefferstown, Lebanon County, for 9 years. He had also been the head janitor for Eastern Lebanon County School District for 16 years. He was previously employed by E. J. Levino, Sheridan, Lebanon County. Surviving in addition to his wife are 5 daughters, Betty J. (Krall), married to Clarence Saul, Stevens, PA; Joyce C. (Krall), married to Donald Binner, Schaefferstown, PA; Peggy Y. (Krall), married to Michael Layser, Richland, PA; Linda L. (Krall), married to Terry Lengel, Shrewsberry, PA; and Suzanne M. (Krall), married to Richard Wartluft, Myerstown, PA; a son, L. Robert, married to Gail (Gallagher) Krall, Mt. Joy, PA; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 8 step-grandchildren. Also, 4 sisters, Verna (Krall), married to Jacob Firestine, Sheridan, PA; Erma (Krall) Light, Robesonia, PA; Esther (Krall), married to John Ulrich, Lebanon, PA; and Anna (Krall), married to Harold Blatt, Lebanon, PA; and 2 brothers, Warren, married to Betty (Miller) Krall, Myerstown, PA; and Grant, married to Jean (Webber) Krall, Lebanon, PA.
