Loretta N. Kruppenbach, 81 of Denver, passed away Sun., Nov.18, 2018 at Hospice & Community Care in Mount Joy. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Warren F. & Margaret E. (Boyer) Steely and the loving wife of 22 years of Lloyd A. Kruppenbach. Loretta played keyboard and sang back-up in a small music group called Lost & Found with her husband. She enjoyed traveling; the Swiss Alps, Italy, and other European excursions meant a lot to her. She was a member of St. Pauls E.C. Church in Reamstown. Lorettas sincere, quiet & gentle nature attracted others and she quickly made friends from strangers. She was a talented seamstress and for many years loved to sew clothes for her granddaughter. There was something special about her pumpkin pies & cookies, her love was the secret ingredient. In addition to her husband, Loretta is survived by two daughters, Cheri A. Borelli, wife of Charles in Reading & and Brenda J. High, wife of Marvin in Laureldale; a granddaughter, Stephanie L. Borelli, fianc of Jerrold A. Reber, in Reading; & a brother, Lee W. Steely, husband of Patricia in MT. She was predeceased by brother, Carroll N. Steely. A viewing will be held on Sat., Nov. 24th, 10AM 12PM followed by a celebration of her life at 12PM at Good Sipler Funeral & Cremation Centre, Inc., 34-38 N. Reamstown Rd., Reamstown. Pastor Matt Hill will officiate.
