Remembering Margaret with Love... Margaret C. McQuate, 99, of 118 Maple Street , Cornwall , Lebanon County, formerly of Glenwood Drive , Ephrata, Lancaster County , died March 29, 2005, at 1:25 PM in Maple Farms Nursing Center , Akron , Lancaster County . Born August 2, 1905, in Cornwall , she was a daughter of the late Edward and Rebecca (Yeingst) Sheetz, and was the widow of Alvin M. McQuate, who died December 5, 1984. She attended the Cornwall Elementary School . Retiring in 1970, Margaret had worked 44 years for W. W. Moyer, Inc., Ephrata. A member of Washington Avenue Bible Church , Ephrata, she enjoyed crocheting, gardening and her family. Surviving are 2 daughters, Betty J., wife of John J. Edwards, Ephrata; and Louise, wife of Dr. James A. Lundquist, with whom she last resided, Cornwall ; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death was a son, I. Galen McQuate and grandson, Randall Edwards. Viewing Service A viewing will be held on Friday, April 1, 2005, from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. Services will be held on Saturday morning, April 2, 2005, at 10:00 AM from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, Inc. of Reamstown, with Pastor Bill Shaw officiating. Burial will follow in Mohler's Cemetery, Ephrata Township , Lancaster County , PA. The family requests that flowers be omitted.
