Margaret Mae Fasnacht

Margaret Mae Fasnacht, age 88, of Denver Borough, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, died Sunday, March 22, 2015, at 11:45 PM in her residence surrounded by family. Born in Brecknock Township, Lancaster County, a daughter of the late Rev. Norman L. and Lena (Zimmerman) Fry, her husband, Richard Paul Fasnacht, died in December of 1975. A faithful member of Bible Baptist Church, Akron, she was a supporter of the Fivepointville Bible Conference, founded by her father. Margaret worked at various local textile factories including the former Dutchmaid, Inc., and Yorktowne Manufacturing, both of Ephrata. She enjoyed sewing and her embroidery won her many blue ribbons at The Denver Fair. Surviving is her son, Mark F. Fasnacht, companion of Anna Marie Kapustiak, Kleinfeltersville; step-children, Kay Fasnacht, The Villages, FL; Wesley Fasnacht, West Chester; Michael Fasnacht, Cherry Hill, NJ; Randall Fasnact, Schnectady, NY; & Roger Fasnacht, Boston, MA; sisters, Ruth Foltz, Fivepointville; Marian Good, Denver; & Linda Eshelman, Lititz; and brothers, Norman Z. & John William Fry, both Denver. Preceeding her in death were siblings, Kathryn, Charlotte, Alvin, Martin & Samuel. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 28, at 10 AM from Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, with Pastor George H. Frantz officiating. Burial will be in Hahnstown United Zion Cemetery, Ephrata Township. A viewing will be held an hour prior to the service.
