Daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, school teacher, friend, student, coworker, Nisei Week Princess, coach, writer, scout leader, community volunteer, kayak partner, child of God, an inspiration to all who knew her. Mary was all these and more. Mary was a member of the Mifflin Writers Group, the Keystone Canoe Club. She was a Scout den mother, committee member, trainer and leader of troop 241. She was a Brownie Leader, a one-time MAYBA Girls' Softball Coach. Mary volunteered on Governor Mifflin School PTO and Music Association Committees. Mary was often found cheering at area youth activities. She was a past director of Calvary Before and After School Care. She was one to never say no when ask to help in the community. Mary Graduated from John Marshall high school in Los Angles California and Cal State Northridge University in California. Education is important. "Never stop learning". If Mary touched your life in any way, don't open your wallet to make a donation, lace up you shoes and get out in your community and make it a better place. Teach someone something new.
