Michael G. Bezler

Remembering Michael with Love... Michael G. Bezler, age 59, of Adamstown, Lancaster County, PA, died September 13, 2010, at 4:58 AM in Essa Flory Hospice Center , Lancaster , PA. Born in West Reading, Berks County, PA, a son of E. June ( Wilson ) Bezler, Adamstown, and the late Eugene W. Bezler, he was a member and former councilman of St. Paul 's Evangelical Lutheran Church , Adamstown. A 1969 Cocalico High School and 1972 Kutztown University graduate he was a teacher with the Ephrata Area School District since 1998. Mike was the superintendent of Adamstown Borough from 1978-1997. He also was a member of the Adamstown VFW, enjoyed hiking, jogging, kayaking, bicycling and loved the outdoors. Also surviving is his brother, Timothy W. Bezler, companion of Laura O Brien, Fairfield , CT , and nephew, Dr. Eric Bezler, husband of Dr. Natalie (Zimmerman) Bezler, Boston , MA .
