Miriam G. Wolf

October 26, 1926 — February 13, 2024

Miriam G. “Mim” Wolf, 97, of Ephrata passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024, at the Ephrata Manor nursing home. Born in Millport, she was a daughter of the late William and Hattie (Stark) Garner. Miriam was the loving wife to Walter W. Wolf from 1947 until his passing in 2005.


Miriam graduated from the former Rothsville High School. After graduating, Mim worked in textiles for several local factories. Mim was very crafty and enjoyed crocheting doilies, needlepointing, and quilting for her family, church, and charity auctions. Miriam was a long-time member of the Hopeland United Methodist Church. Her talents and love will be deeply missed by her family and friends.


Miriam is survived by three sons, Dennis M. Wolf of Great Meadows, NJ, Walter W. "Bill" Wolf of Cary, NC, and John S. Wolf (Linda) of Ephrata; four grandchildren, Allison White, Jason Wolf, Andrew Wolf, Kathleen Wolf; three great-grandchildren, Gwendolyn White, Zackary Wolf, and Aubri Soudew. In addition to her husband, Mim was predeceased by 11 siblings.


Services to be announced at a later date. Her final resting place will be at Hopeland United Methodist Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions would be appreciated to Hopeland United Methodist Church, 295 N Clay Rd, Lititz, PA 17543.
