Monroe A. Noll

Remembering Monroe with Love... Monroe A. Noll, 71, Lancaster , died in his home Monday, July 7, 2008. Born in Adamstown, he was a son of the late Monroe U. and Mazie A. (Kring) Noll. His mother died February 1st of this year. A 1955 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School , Shillington, he graduated from Reading Business Institute in 1957 and was an army peacetime veteran. Monroe was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church , Lancaster , and was active with the social ministry committee and choir. He retired as a case worker of the Lancaster office of the Department of Public Assistance, PA State Department of Public Welfare. Monroe also worked 40 years, 1965-2005, part-time with Good Funeral Home, Reamstown. Surviving in addition to many friends is a brother, Harold P., husband of Florence (Williams) Kissinger, Akron , PA , 2 neices and 2 nephews. Viewing Funeral Service... Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 11, 2008, at 10:00 AM from Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre of Reamstown, with Pastor Stephen P. Verkouw officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp Cemetery , Reinholds , PA. A viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM; and immediately prior to the service on Friday.
