Paul F. Salmeri

Paul F. Salmeri, age 81, of East Cocalico Township, Denver, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, died at home, December 7, 2014. Born in Brooklyn, New York, a son of the late Salvatore and Mary (Vazzana) Salmeri, he was married to June A. (Leone) Salmeri for 54 years. A Korean War Army veteran, he was a member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Ephrata, PA. Paul worked for Gem Construction and cherished his family. Also surviving is a daughter, Mary (Mark) Russell, Lebanon, Oregon; sons, Salvatore Salmeri, Springfield, Oregon; & Louis (Debbie) Salmeri, Beaverton, Oregon; 5 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and brother, Salvatore Salmeri, Queens, NY. A memorial Christian prayer service will be held Saturday, December 13, 2014, at 1:30 PM from Good Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Reamstown, with Father John McLoughlin, C.SS.R. officiating.
