Remembering Bob with love... Robert H. Geary, 76, of 33 Malsnee Road, Reinholds, Berks County, died Friday evening at 10:55 PM in Wyomissing Nursing Rehabilitation Center, Reading, where he resided the past month. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he was a son of the late Henry Thomas and Grace Agnes (Dolan) Geary. His wife, Ruth Elizabeth (Rollman) Geary, died February 7, 2003. Bob was employed as a superintendent with RCA at their former Lancaster location from 1950 to 1972. He was the founder and former owner of Ber-Lan Woodworking, Reinholds, a furniture refinishing business now owned operated by his step-grandson, Christian S. Rickenbach. Geary was also a former standholder at the Black Angus Antique Mall, Adamstown. He was a member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Ephrata. A graduate of Northeastern University, Boston, he was a Navy veteran of World War II. Geary was a past-president and long-time member of the Adamstown Lions Club, where has received the Melvin Jones Award. He also enjoyed Hunting, Fly fishing and his cabin in Lycoming County. Surviving are 2 step-children, Joyce, married to Les Rickenbach, Leola, PA; and Lynn Rannels, Reinholds, PA; 5 step-grandchildren; 8 step-great-grandchildren; and a step-great-great-granddaughter. A sister, Delury (Geary) Wingate, also preceded him in death Viewing Service A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening, January 27, 2004, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM from our funeral home. A Christian Prayer Service celebrating Bob's life will be held on Wednesday afternoon, January 28, 2004, at 2:00 PM with a priest from Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church as celebrant. Final Commendation and Farewill will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Adamstown, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Contributions...
