Robert W. Harrison

Remembering Robert with Love... Robert W. Harrison, 62, Denver , PA , died Sept. 23, 2008, in Reading Hospital , West Reading , PA , of complications resulting from cancer. Bob was born in Wilkes-Barre , PA , the son of Willard N. and Margaret I. (Johnson) Harrison, Binghamton , NY . Bob graduated in 1963 from Chenango Forks High School and from Southern Illinois University in 1969. He served as a Captain in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War, in Marketing with Link in Binghamton , as a Special Agent with the FBI, and most recently was Director of Business Development for Sechan Electronics, Inc., Lititz , PA. In addition to his parents he is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Erica (Pittman) Harrison, Reston, VA; daughter, LCDR Holly Harrison, USCG and former wife, Margaret Monthan , both of Summerville, SC; and sisters, Elizabeth Ann (Ron) Peugh, Houston, TX, and Ingrid (Jim) Croisant, Binghamton, NY; as well as nieces Ingrid (Mike) Rogers, Vestal, NY, Amy (Salvatore) Paolini, Endicott, NY, Megan Croisant, Binghamton, NY, Heather (Paul) Bright, Houston, TX, and nephew Craig (Stephanie) Matheny, Stafford, VA. Visitation and Military Inurnment Service... A visitation will be held Saturday, Sept. 27, from 1 to 3 PM at Good Funeral Home Cremation Centre, 34-38 N. Reamstown Rd. , Reamstown , PA 17567 . Inurnment with Full Military Honors will be held at Arlington National Cemetery , 11am, Monday December 15. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation (http://www.marineheritage.org) or the National Audubon Society (http://www.audubon.org).
