Sandra J. Wanner

Remembering Sandra with Love... Sandra J. (Manwiller) Wanner, age 70, of Adamstown, Lancaster County, PA, died peacefully in her residence November 7, 2010, following a lengthy illness. Born in Exeter Township, Berks County, a daughter of the late Earl G. Manwiller and Thelma R. (Berger) Manwiller Levan, she was also predeceased by her step-father, Earl Levan. A 1957 Muhlenberg High School graduate, Sandra was employed as a secretary with Cocalico School District , retiring in 1990, and was a member of St. Paul 's Lutheran Church , Adamstown. She enjoyed sewing, scrapbooking and watching QVC, tennis and swimming on TV. Surviving is her husband of 51 years, E. Larry Wanner; son, Jeffrey L. (Lori A Meckley) Wanner, Denver ; daughters, Sharon A., (Arthur R.) Burkhart, Ponte Vedra Beach , FL ; and Wendy S. (Thomas A.) Martin, Reinholds; grandchildren, Justin and Lindsey Wanner, and Connor and Colby Martin; and a sister, Linda L. (Barry L.) Riegel, Exeter Township. The Family would like to thank the staff of Berks Visiting Nurses Hospice for their exceptional care and compassion during Sandra's illness. Visitation Funeral Service... Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 13, at 11:00 AM from Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, with The Reverend Sandra L. Gideon officating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Adamstown. There will be a visitation on Saturday from 10-11 AM.
