Sharon Diane (VanBuskirk) Rothweiler, 79, of Ephrata, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2024. Born in Lancaster, Sharon was the daughter of the late Charles A. and Esther M. VanBuskirk, and the wife of Paul W. Rothweiler Jr, with whom she celebrated 61 years of marriage on August 31st.

Sharon graduated from McCaskey High School, and in 1963 married her childhood sweetheart Paul, accompanying him to Arizona in his service to the US Air Force. She loved reading the Bible, caring for her beloved cats, listening to music (especially Elvis) and shopping. Most of all, Sharon enjoyed having her family around her. She was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, known for the paper-thin sand tarts she baked every Christmas and her generous heart.
