Born in Covington , Kentucky , a daughter of the late Arthur and Nellie (Perkins) Baumgartner, her husband William F. "Bill" Schoch, died May 24, 1992. Carol was an artistic, outgoing person who loved and lived life in her own way. She owned and operated "Accents by U", plaster crafts and gifts, and was a Green Dragon stand holder. Surviving is a daughter, Teri L. (Allen) Maxwell, Denver ; sons, William J. (Julie Gotschall) Schoch, II, Reading ; and Kenneth B. Schoch, Millersville; grandchildren, Jennifer A. and Brady A. Maxwell; and a brother, Garry (Pat) Baumgartner, Florence , KY. Private Service... Services will be private.
